Why is the juicer motor not turning

There are many reasons why the motor of the juicer does not rotate. When looking for the reason, you should first check whether the power supply of the juicer is in good contact, whether the power cord is broken, whether the lid of the cap is tightly closed, that is, whether the safety switch is pressed, or whether the juicer is thermally protected. The juicer motor does not rotate due to the action of the juicer. For these reasons, as long as it is checked and ruled out routinely, or after cooling down, the motor will rotate normally. In the following cases, you should find the maintenance department or ask an electrician to come to the door for maintenance assistance.
1. The key switch is damaged, so the circuit cannot be connected, resulting in the motor not rotating. In this way, the contacts need to be cleaned, the sundries should be removed, and the juicer control switch should be replaced if necessary.
2. If the motor of the juice extractor does not rotate, it may also be that the carbon brushes and commutators are severely worn or the circuit of the carbon brush holder is blocked due to the deformation of the overheated surface. The carbon brushes should be replaced or the carbon brush holder of the commutator should be repaired. If sometimes the motor overheat protector fails or the motor current increases too fast, the juicer motor unit is burned out, and the motor needs to be replaced.
3. If there is a short circuit or partial short circuit between the armature or stator winding of the juice extractor, it is necessary to replace or rewind the damaged winding. Insulation treatment can be performed when there are few short circuits between turns.
4. If the processed food is too much and the motor of the juicer cannot be rotated, it is necessary to reduce the amount of processed food or dilute it.
5. The juicer cannot be used normally due to the loose transmission belt. At this time, the motor of the juicer is rotating. We need to loosen the screws of the bottom plate, remove the bottom plate, and fasten the transmission belt. If the loose belt often occurs, check whether the large and small pulleys are on the same plane and whether the movement of the large pulley is too large. According to the actual situation, one or two spacers can be added or removed under the large pulley, so that the large and small pulleys are on the same plane, and the fault phenomenon can be eliminated.
