What should be paid attention to when replacing the brushless DC motor?

Items for replacement of brushless DC motor:

1. Because the hardness and current density of different types of brushes are different, the brushes of the same type should be selected when replacing.

2. When replacing the double-split brush, pay attention to the sequence of replacement before and after, and the slope is consistent to prevent the brush from jumping and affecting the commutation.

3. When replacing a single brush, it can be directly put into use without grinding, but if there are more than 2 brushes on the same brush arm to be replaced, it needs to be ground.

4. When replacing, the new brush should be ground to the same arc size as the old brush.

Maintenance method of brushless DC motor:

1. Familiar with the structural characteristics and maintenance technical requirements of brushless DC cooler motors;

2. Select the work place where the motor disintegrates and clean up the on-site environment;

3. In order to further understand the defects in the operation of the brushless DC motor, an inspection test can be done before disassembly if conditions permit;

4. Before disassembling the brushless DC motor, use compressed air to blow off the dust on the surface of the motor, and wipe the surface dirt clean;

5. Prepare the necessary tools (including special tools) and equipment for dismantling;

6. Cut off the power supply, remove the external wiring of the motor, and make a record.
