Brushless DC washing machine motors have obvious advantages over brushed motors: high efficiency, long life, low pollution, etc. At present, the market is mainly dominated by AC motors and brushed motors. The characteristics of brushless motors have gradually replaced brushed motors, but brushless DC motors require electronic devices to replace commutators, and complex working conditions will occur during the process of motor rotation, such as torque control, pulsation control, current control, speed. Control, etc., requires a complex computing unit to complete the acquisition and output control of various data, which requires coordinated processing in mechanical, electronic, electromagnetic and software aspects, and the threshold is high.

The demand for brushless motors is increasing. Each motor needs a driver. Different motors have different drivers under different working conditions. At present, the brushless DC motor control technology cannot achieve a universal driver, so it needs to be customized for each motor. Development , and often the development of motor and driver requires both sides to design at the same time to achieve the final requirements and performance. The drive control algorithms in different application fields of the motor are also very different, the differences are very large, and the development of complex working conditions and application scenarios is very difficult.

At present, the main pain points faced by brushless motor drivers:

The usage is highly differentiated, and drivers need to be designed for different applications;

The algorithm is complex, and its implementation will cause large cost changes (including labor and material costs);

PCBA board hardware cost control.
